Hand Position with Your Driver
Our goal is an upward strike into the back of the ball with your driver. Your set up must complement this objective with a wide base and the correct hand and shaft position in relation to your teed ball. An ideal hand position is in line with your hands or slightly back of center.
Power Failure: Hands set too far forward will decelerate the clubface making it virtually impossible to deliver an upward strike.
