Let me throw out a technical term… The Kinematic Sequence.

Huh? Yep. It’s the optimal steps our body takes to create the golf swing. Optimal translates to efficient.

It is important to note that all players have a unique body blueprint for their golf swing. All good players also have the same kinematic sequence which produces consistent and powerful ball striking. This sequence is essentially energy in the form of speed followed by a body sequence that looks like this: lower body goes first, thorax is next up, arms go third and the club finishes dead last.

You may be thinking, “WOW. Okay, cool. How do I get that?”
It’s easy. It all starts with a throw. So, let’s get throwing!
