Extension…we hear it all the time, but what does this mean?

Let’s keep it simple. Extension is a result of allowing the clubhead to stay on its arc back and through. The through is the extension. To get this extension, we need to aggressively rotate around our center, using the ground as leverage specifically your front leg. Use it as a pivot point to wrap your upper torso around it for a whole bunch of power.
