If you want more pars, let’s get you square at setup. Many players feel uncomfortable with a square shoulder line at address.. instead they prefer a more open shoulder line. If this sounds like you, we need to address this situation because, unfortunately that really messes with the takeaway. When I asked players to square up they often times feel closed with their shoulder line and because of this it’s a challenge to take the club away. When the takeaway gets out of whack, it affects the entire swing. To help correct this situation, I share some helpful cues and to make the set up process feel more comfortable which in turn, will set the club on the right path during the takeaway.
