MANTRA FOR THE COURSE
Pressure in Your Golf Swing (Part 3 of 4)

dots

Continuing our focus on HOW TO APPLY pressure in the golf swing, in this episode, I share an AWESOME mantra to make this pressure situation easy-breezy (lemon-squeezy) when on the golf course. Many players really struggle with the transition. The first step to a successful transition is to be sure that you look at the clubface and shaft angle at the top of the swing, which is a topic for another tip. Sometimes, the transition is challenging because the shaft angle is out of position. Right now, let’s assume that’s dandy and let's give you a great mantra to take to the course so you can apply this pressure transfer when on the course.
So let's get to it!
