Golf Pressure Part 3- Case Study

Golf Pressure Part 3: Case Study (Boom-Boom!) In part 3 of Pressure, we get Bev on Boditrak to groove a 2-part boom-boom. Boom right out of the gate and the second boom before her hands reach the top. For many, your swing will feel incredibly short. However, when I re-play in slo-mo, the swing is full. The key is grooving the move with the BOOM-BOOM…and maybe a little Bad to the Bone. This is a fun one and key for those interested in finding their own BOOM-BOOM.
So let's get to it!

  1. Thanks as always. It was very helpful to watch this in a “real” lesson format – because Christina, you make EVERYTHING look easy and effortless. 🙂

Thanks, Debra! I’ll be doing more case studies as I agree. It’s great to see others work the process. Bev did amazing too for a first time with the Boom-Boom.

  2. Love the way you instruct….I have NEVER found a pro that instructs like you. So easy to understand and results amazing. Can’t wait to have another lesson.
Ques: Why is it my swing is off on irons and hybrids but perfect on drive and 3 wood? or just the reverse. I’m doing something wrong in my swing can’t fig it out.

Hi Sam! Thanks so much – I appreciate your awesome feedback. Longers clubs prefer a slightly flatter swing plane and shorter clubs a little more vertical. We can take a look during your next lesson!
