Band Drill for Connection
If you want more pars, but struggle with an “armsy” swing (watch this: https://youtu.be/HsWcMPN2JkE), a flying trail elbow that never gets back into position, or the chicken wing during your follow-through, then grab a band. I prefer the ones from perform better as they really hold their elasticity. This may be a real game changer for your ball striking. The arms work better as a team, then straying apart throughout the swing.
