If you want more pars, let’s get that early extension out of the bag. Early extension means that you lose the hip creases (flexion) that you created at address too early… and oftentimes, toward the ball on the downswing. This move crowds the plate and results in wayward shots. I provide lots of options for you to try – see what works for you. Everyone has their own triggers.
