Once you’ve captured your video, head to the Game Improvement Dashboard to upload your exercise into either the Grip or Posture Folder located in the drop down menu of the Swing Uploader!

It’s time to capture your grip and posture.

Follow the simple guidelines presented in the visuals below to get yours on camera. You can use your smartphone (always horizontal format) or a camera with HD Video. Most digital camera have the HD setting, so be sure to set it to best quality so we can see frame by frame.

Step 3

Once you’ve captured your video, head to the Game Improvement Dashboard to upload your exercise into either the Grip or Posture Folder located in the drop down menu of the Swing Uploader!

It is important to get the correct angles and views when filming your swing, grip, fitness or assessments. Please follow the guidelines presented in the slideshow below.
