Step 2 

It’s time to capture that beautiful form of yours.

Follow the simple guidelines presented in the visuals below to get your Fitness Exercise on camera.You can use your smartphone (always horizontal format) or a camera with HD Video. Most digital camera have the HD setting so be sure to set it to best quality so we can see frame by frame.

Step 3 

Once you’ve captured your video, head to the Game Improvement Dashboard to upload your exercise into the Fitness Folder located in the drop down menu of the Swing Uploader!

DO NOT send videos via direct email as attachments. Only use wetransfer or upload through the Swing Player (optimal and recommended)!
