$250 non-refundable to hold your spot. Balance due once the camp is confirmed. Christina will provide a link to settle up at that time. If balance is not paid at that time, your spot will be replaced.

I try to make the policy as flexible as possible – I know life happens. My camps are very small in number so I can provide max personal attention. So it is important that I have confirmed spots 90 days out. Please do not ask for a refund inside the cut-off. I cannot provide. I highly recommend travel insurance in the event you must cancel within the cut-off dates. TravelGuard is a popular one.
