In the event you need to cancel and do so outside of 10 days, only the $250 initial is non-refundable. Inside 30 days, no refunds unless I can replace your spot. If I do, only the initial $250 is non-refundable.

I try to make the policy as flexible as possible – I know life happens. My camps are very small in number so I can provide max personal attention. So it is important that I have confirmed spots 10 days out. Please do not ask for a refund inside the cut-off. I cannot provide. I highly recommend travel insurance in the event you must cancel within the cut-off dates.
