Those dang cart paths!

Do I take relief or play it as it lies?

Great Tip: If your ball comes to rest on or near a cart path and it interferes with your swing or stance, you are entitled to a free drop. If it’s free, it’s one club length. If you are paying for it, then it’s two club lengths.

Always examine your options FIRST before touching the ball. Sometimes dropping it and taking relief is not the best option.
