How to Capture Swings and Get Your CAMERA Gear

If you are participating in the Direct Coaching program or plan to submit swings to Christina for analysis you will need to get a tripod with phone mount. Why? So you can properly position the camera so that it is the correct height AND it is perfectly still. If not, Christina cannot provide accurate lines for her analysis. This is a requirement.
