Avoid the Fake Turn
The fake turn is a common tendency with women players. Instead, we need to ensure that our back is facing the target and make certain that your weight stays on the inside of your back foot. If it shifts toward the outside, you’re done. Barry also suggests swinging hard, but in balance.
Power Failure: Weight shifting to the outside of your back leg is immediate power failure. Swinging out of your socks, muscling the ball, is another power zapper.
