When to go for it…
As with any shot, I follow my pre-shot routine, which draws me in with laser-focus on the task at hand. I am getting a yardage to a ballsy landing area up near the green. As I plan the shot, I am envisioning the ball flight, in my mind’s eye. If you cannot see the shot, how can you execute it?
The first thing to check is the lip to ensure it is low enough for the club you’ve selected.
