I used to have a dilemma: I could spend my free time working out or working on my golf swing. Golf may be good mental exercise and a great way to spend the day outdoors, but as far a physical exertion, it can’t compete with aerobics and weight training.

So then I got to thinking, maybe I could do both at the same time.

I developed an exercise program I call CardioGolf; a golf-specific exercise program I designed to help players improve their swings by conditioning their muscles. This program is designed for golfers of all levels regardless of age or level of play. CardioGolf will teach you to condition the specific muscles used in proper swing biomechanics, as well as provide low-impact aerobic conditioning.

Golf Performance Specialist, I’ve combined the most effective swing drills and exercises for improving swing technique and clubhead speed. When you improve your swing technique, you increase your chances of improving performance on the golf course and decrease your chances of potential injury.

I have been teaching my CardioGolf classes for more than 15 years now and have been able to streamline the workouts into 10-minute routines that are not only time efficient, but are effective for conditioning your body to improve your swing.

Jeff earned his exercise science credentials under the direction of one the country’s leading exercise physiologists, Dr. Anthony A. Abbott, Ed.D., FACSM, CSCS*D, President of Fitness Institute International, Inc., in Boca Raton, Florida. In addition, he holds certifications from TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Level 3 Golf Fitness Trainer, American College of Sports Medicine as a Exercise Physiologist, and The National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Personal Trainer. He has been active as an athlete and trainer in the health and fitness industry for the past 40 years. He is known for his ability to bring peak golf performance to the beginner as well as the advanced golf fitness enthusiast. He also brings 40 years of “Mind-Body” experience as a 7th degree Black Belt and Master Instructor in the Martial Art of International Tae Kwon-Do.

The game of golf elevated her quest to seek out the best in golf instruction and her quest for staying fit drove her to seek out the best in fitness trainers and proven fitness methodology. She is a proven example that you can get results by focusing on proper form and execution. The game of golf has taught Christina that, in order to excel at golf and any other endeavor, you need commitment, focus, and passion. She’s got all that and is ready to show you how you cannot only look great, but transfer your fitness regime into your golf game for more pars and more fun!

She enjoys the benefits of CrossFit, a proven method founded by Greg Glassman, CrossFit stands for Constantly Varied Functional Movements at High Intensity. In simple terms, CrossFit challenges your whole body in every workout.
She also believes in the body/swing connection using the TPI protocols which includes a comprehensive 16 screen evaluation to determine your overall body mobility and stability. In simple terms, understanding what your body can and cannot do will help you and your coach get you tot he next level, both fitness and golf.

Dan Vadala (a.k.a. Danny Vee) is the owner and head coach of CrossFit Full Potential located in Newburyport, MA.

Danny is also a Lead instructor for Tactical Athlete Training Systems and CrossFit’s Level 1 Kettlebell Trainer Course.He previously served as the Physical Education teacher at the Pine Grove Elementary School in Rowley as well as the manager and head coach of North Shore CrossFit in Beverly.  Dan has served as a coach and business consultant to a number of North Shore area private schools, gyms, and CrossFit affiliates.  He has been coaching youth sports since 2000 and has been a personal trainer since 2004. His extensive knowledge of exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle choices helps his clients reach their full potential.
